Returns & Exchanges
14-day return policy
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Return an Item
Contact us at sales@jandijewelry.com to start a return. We'll review your request and send instructions on where to ship your item.
Do not ship items back without contacting us first - we can't accept unrequested returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Inspect your order when it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or wrong, contact us immediately at sales@jandijewelry.com so we can fix it.

- Personalized Jewelry
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges. Return your original item, and once the return is approved, place a new order for what you want. This gets you the item you need faster.
Refunds
We'll email you when we receive and inspect your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Bank processing times vary - give it a few business days to appear in your account.
